Sprinting involves a number of your body parts, including your hips, head, neck, legs, knee, shoulders, hands, arms and of course, the eyes. The phases come in a range of 0-30metres, 30-60 meters and beyond 60 meters.
There is a lot you have to learn about this work out as it is done in phases. Another basketball workout that you must do is jumping, as it aids dunking the ball. There are many ways of doing this. First, you can jump up and down. Another way is jogging around your neighborhood to improve your cardiovascular action, as well as relaxed your leg muscles. To start this exercise, take the ball into one hand and pass it between your legs to your other. Once the ball is in your other hand, bring the ball to the front of your body and pass it to your legs again. You should keep in mind that the goal of this exercise is to develop a steady rhythm, but also have a free-flowing motion too.

Once you have obtained a steady rhythm and a full control over ball, you should start practicing moving with the ball on the court. And this can only be possible by continuous practice of basketball dribbling and regular basketball workouts.
